A New Story for Friday the 13th

If you have seen the headline news today, it might seem like the old story of Friday the 13th being an unlucky day–a day of pain and suffering– is playing out in many ways in our beloved planet. 

Yet when I went to prepare this blog, I clearly got the message to write about the new story of Friday the 13th–a story of love and wondrous magic.

This new story does not deny the very real challenges of anyone walking through fear or trauma at this time, but it does offer Light-filled possibilities.  

However lucky or unlucky you are feeling in this moment, I invite you to sense your connection to 13 shining stars, here to be with you in a field of love and wonder, to support you no matter what you are walking through.

And as you sense your connection to those 13 stars, I also encourage you to see those stars shining around everyone in our human world, offering radiant light to all who are open to it.

In the midst of human challenges, may we look for and count all the lucky stars we can find, here to guide us, one step at a time, towards a new story.
